Responsibilities:
- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
- Set up/communicate with new vendors
- Verify and review invoices
- Manage full-cycle A/P
- Provide customer service to internal business partners
- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks
- Strategize with internal team to improve processes
Qualifications:
- AS or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred but not required
- 2 years accounts payable experience
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
- Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks
